以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂,从阳离子醚化剂的利用率和碱木质素的接枝率两方面对碱木质素阳离子化改性的合成工艺进行探讨,在木质素用量5g,反应时间5h,碱的用量n(NaOH):n(CTA)=1.5:1,醚化剂用量3mol/kg的条件下,原料的接枝率达到了0.31gGTA/1.0g木质素,阳离子化试剂的利用率为51.5%。傅里叶红外光谱表明结构正确。
Quaternary ammonium cationic lignins were prepared by using 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(CTA) as etherifying agent.The synthesis process of cationic alkali lignin was studied by investigation of utilization ratio of CTA and graft yield of alkali lignin.Under the optimal synthesis conditions,the graft yield could reach 0.31g GTA/ 1.0g lignin and the utilization ratio of CTA was 51.5%.The structures of the cationic lignin and lignin were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy.
