运用Solid Works建立定向机构的简化模型,将皮带模型导入ANSYS中生成皮带模态MNF的中性文件,导入ADAMS/View替换刚性体皮带,对模型施加驱动、约束和接触力,得出皮带的前10阶模态振型。由皮带模态振型图得出,皮带的两端和中部振动最强,在皮带中部加辊轮可以减小皮带的振动,使皮带运行更加稳定。该研究可为苹果定向输送机构皮带的改进和完善提供理论依据。
After set up simplified directional mechinal models by Solidworks, import the model into Ansys and then gen- erate the MNF neutral file of the belt, then lead it in ADAMS/View and making the motion simulation after the substitute of the rigid belt. When applying the model the drive, the restraint and the contact force, the front ten order modal shape will come out. With the analysis of the belt model shape, because the vibration in both ends and the middle of the belt is the strangest, some rollers should be added at the middle of the belt in order to weaken the vibration and make the belt move more stable.
