机载LIDAR技术作为一种高精度的三维地物探测手段,其相应的数据格式也在不断发展。美国摄影测量与遥感(ASPRS)协会下的LIDAR委员会于2003年发布了标准LIDAR数据格式LAS,经过改进,目前已有4种版本,分别是LAS1.0、1.1、1.2与2.0(拟定版)。本文在解析4种版本的基础上,探讨了LAS标准格式的发展趋势,并采用IDL6.2语言对该格式的LIDAR数据进行读取和转换试验,检验了LAS格式的效率,并为以后的LAS格式数据处理提供参考。
As a high accuracy means of detecting three-dimensional data, the corresponding data formats of Airborne LIDAR technology are also in improving, the LIDAR committee under American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) had issued a standard data format LIDAR LAS, after improvement, there are four versions exist, they are LAS 1.0, 1.1,1.2 and 2.0(draft). This paper analyzed the development of the LAS format and tested its efficiency through some data extraction and conversion experiment based on IDL 6.2 language.
