This article aims at how to get competitive advantage by strategy technique alliances. By the model and cases analysis, it shows how an enterprise can build up the competitive advantage with its own core competence by a series of strategy alliances. Core competence is the base of a strategy alliance; the purpose of strategy alliance is to get competitive advantage. Strategy alliance is an important method to get competitive advantage.
