Basing on making in-depth investigation of earthquake-stricken areas, thoroughly studying aided reconstruction programs and the analysis of overall characters and frameworks of corresponding aided reconstructions＇ open complex giant system as well as its configuration, spatial structure and operation, the paper proposes the mode of meta-synthesis of corresponding aided reconstructions systems engineering and respectively study the mode of metasynthesis of corresponding aided reconstructions systems and its concrete implementation plans. Also, the paper elaborates the implementation of corresponding aided reconstruction systems engineering, aided reconstruction preparing systems engineering and security systems engineering.
