民营企业融资困难一直是制约民营企业发展的瓶颈问题。对于地震灾后受损严重的民营企业来说,这些问题更为突出,并随之出现了一些新的困难,如固定资产受损导致银行贷款更加难等。针对这些特殊问题,依据企业融资理论下建立民营企业灾后资金重建融资模式。该模式在保持一般融资模式的基础上,提出对民营企业灾后重建的特殊融资模式,如建立以政府拨款和社会捐助为主的重建基金等。

Private enterprises have difficulties in financing, which often restricts the development of private enterprises. After serious damage of the earthquake disaster to private enterprises, these difficulties become more prominent, and then there have been some of the new difficulties, such as impairment of fixed assets led to bank credit more difficult and so on. Address the special problems, established the post-disaster reconstruction funds financing model on the basis of the corporate finance theory of private enterprises. The model in maintaining on the basis of the general mode of financing, increase the special post disaster reconstruction financing model to the private enterprises, such as established the reconstruction fund based on the government funding and the donor community, these models of the proposed is realistic and feasible.
