分析了当前离心泵水力损失计算方法中存在的主要问题.合理划分了离心泵各过流部件内水力损失的类型并分别建立了离心泵吸入室、叶轮和蜗壳内水力损失的计算模型、通过对大量优秀离心泵的实际计算和理论分析,采用回归分析的方法,按比转数、流量和转速分类,以比转数为自变量的形式给出了离心泵各损失系数的数学表达式.实例计算表明,该模型的计算结果准确可靠且适用范围广泛.
Because of the complexity of inner flow in centrifugal pumps, calculation of centrifugal pump's hydraulic loss has been a difficult problem. Hydraulic loss in centrifugal pumps consists of three parts,losses in suction room, impeller and volute. The hydraulic loss calculation model of centrifugal pumps is built. Based on the calculation results of many pump models and compared to the experimental data, loss coefficients are given by regression analysis and the coefficients are given in different ways by specific speed, capacity and revolution speed. At last, six centrifugal pump models are chosen to check up the regression analysis results. The practical application indicates that the regression analysis results are accurate and can meet engineering needs.
