以废玻璃和废铝为原料,采用搅拌浇铸法制备玻璃/铝基废弃物复合材料。研究了玻璃颗粒形态、粒径、含量及制备工艺(温度、搅拌方式、时间)对复合材料微观组织和力学性能(如抗拉强度、耐磨强度)的影响。结果表明,玻璃颗粒较均匀地分布于铝基体中,界面结合良好;玻璃颗粒质量分数为10%~15%时,与铝基体相比,复合材料的耐磨性能提高较佳,抗拉强度的提高不明显。
The glass reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared with used glass particle and aluminum using stirring casting method.The effects of glass particles characteristics(mass ratio,morphology and granularity) and technological conditions(temperature,stirring styles and reaction time) on mechanical properties of obtained metal matrix composites(MMC) were investigated.The results showed that the glass particles were distributed uniformly in MMC and it exhibiting the perfect interracial bond in the interface.Compared with the matrix alloy,the abrasive resistance of MMC was increased significantly due to the incorporation of glass particles and aluminum,but the tensile strength of MMC was not improved obviously.The appropriate content of glass particles added into molten aluminum was 10%-15%.
