利用搅拌铸造法制备玻璃颗粒增强铝基废物复合材料,用SEM,XRD,DTA等手段观察和分析玻璃颗粒在复合材料制备中的表面变化情况。结果表明,玻璃颗粒表面裂纹在铝液中能够自我修复,玻璃颗粒能够较均匀地分布于基体中且界面结合良好,复合材料的耐磨性能相对于基体提高4.62倍,但抗拉强度的提高并不明显。
The glass/aluminum metal matrix composites is prepared in the process of fabricating aluminum-glass composites by stirring cast,the grain surface change is analyzed by the way of SEM,XRD and DTA.The results show that the glass grain could scatter and suspend well in melts because of better wetting performance between grains and alloys,the melting phenomenon occurs on grains surface,which causing the grains distribute uniformly in alloys with well bonding interface.Compared with matrix alloy,the abrasive resistance of the composite is increased by times of 4.62,but the increase of tensile strength of the composite is not obvious.
