针对薄板对接难以实现焊缝跟踪的问题,提出了一种新型电容式焊缝跟踪传感器,设计了几种复杂形状(环形、方形及矩形)的电容极板,建立电容式传感器的数学模型,分析得到影响电容式传感器输出特性的四大主要因素,通过Aiisoft仿真得出传感器输出特性曲线.在对接焊缝跟踪系统测试平台上,试验分析了不同形状极板、结构参数及介质下的传感器输出特性,与仿真结果一致,据此优选确定了传感器参数.最后,对不同高度偏差、复合偏差下的电容输出特性进行信号分析,提取高低偏差信号与电容输出值的拟合函数关系,引入希尔排序策略实现焊缝左右对中,为薄板对接的焊接自动化提供了新的研宄思路.
A new type of capacitive sensor is submitted to solve the problem that butt welding of thin plates difficult to realize seam tracking. By designing capacitance plates of complicated shapes( ring, square and rectangle) and forming mathematical models of capacitive sensors, four main factors that affect output characteristics of capacitive sensors are concluded after repetitive analysis, and an output characteristics curve is reached via Ansoft simulation. Then on the butt seam tracking system test platform, best parameters can be selected when sensor^ output characteristics of differently shaped plates with different parameters and medixun proved consistent with those of simulation. In the end, a signal analysis of output capacitance with various height deviation as well as compound deviation is conducted to extract height deviation fitting functions. The Shell Sort strategy is introduced to implement horizontal centring, which provides a novel research thinking for welding automation of butt welding of thin plates.
