磁控埋弧焊焊缝跟踪信号是非线性、时变的典型非平稳信号,严重影响焊接跟踪信号的提取。基于此,提出一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)的磁控细丝埋弧焊焊缝跟踪信号分析方法,并与经验模态分解(EMD)进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,变分模态分解明显优于EMD,不仅能快速有效地分解出固有模态,而且分解的模态数量少,不存在虚假模态。将此方法应用于磁控埋弧焊焊缝跟踪平台上进行实际信号分析,并进行跟踪实验验证,结果表明,该方法提取出了更加精确的跟踪特征信号,提高了系统跟踪精度,为整个跟踪系统的优化提供了一种新的解决方案。
The seam tracking signal of magnetic-control submerged arc welding is nonlinear, time-varying,and is typical non-stationary signal,which seriously affects the extraction of welding tracking signal. For this,proposes a signal analytical method of magnetic-control submerged arc welding seam tracking based on the variational mode decomposition(VMD),and compared with empirical mode decomposition(EMD). The simulation results show that the variational mode decomposition is better than the EMD,which not only can quickly and effectively decompose signal into intrinsic mode,and decompose less number of modes,and there is no false mode. Finally,this method is applied to actual signal analysis of the magnetic-control submerged arc seam tracking platform,and the tracking experiment is carried out. The results show that the VMD extracts a more accurate seam tracking characteristic signal,and improves the tracking accuracy of the system. At the same time,it provides a new solution for the optimization of the whole tracking system.
