以Zn(Ac)2、NaOH为初始原料,采用水热法在较低温度下合成了由纳米棒紧聚而成的花状ZnO微/纳米结构.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、光致发光谱(PL)对样品进行了表征和分析,讨论了反应温度、反应时间对样品物相和形貌的影响,分析了其生长机制.XRD和SEM测试结果表明,ZnO纳米晶为六方纤锌矿结构,反应温度和时间对产物晶相及形貌有重要影响.室温下PL谱显示,样品在346 nm和384 nm处有较强的紫外发射,在450 nm和468 nm处有较弱的蓝光发射,在475~650 nm出现强而宽的可见光发射带.该研究为探讨ZnO微/纳米材料的制备技术及在发光方面的应用提供了可行的方法.
Flower-like ZnO rnicro/nanostructures formed by the aggregation of nanorods were synthesized through hydrothermal method at low temperature using Zn(Ac)2 and NaOH as starting materials.Products were characterized and analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL).The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time on the crystal phase and morphology of the samples were discussed,the growth mechanisms were also analyzed.The results of XRD and SEM reveal that the synthesized nanostructured ZnO is single crystal with wurtzite structure.Reaction temperature and reaction time have significant effects on crystal phase and morphology.The photoluminescence spectra reveal that two strong UV emissions at 346 nm and 384 nm,two weak blue emissions at 450 nm and 468 nm,strong and broad visible emission band between 475-650 nm appear.This research provides a feasible method for the preparation technique of ZnO micro/nanostructures and luminescent applications.
