运用动态偏离份额分析法,将长三角地区作为参照对象,基于2004-2014年浙江省工业行业竞争力相关数据,从多个微观周期刻画浙江省产业竞争力的变化趋势,研究以三年一周期,划分五期的方式分别对浙江省32个工业行业的发展状况及其竞争优势的稳定性状况进行了实证分析,总结行业特征的基础上重点分析了产值前十位的工业行业竞争优劣势。研究结果表明：与长三角地区相比,浙江工业行业总体竞争力水平有待进一步提升,部分行业虽具备一定优势,但行业优势的稳定性仍然不足,主导行业的竞争优势不明显,并据此提出了相关政策及建议。

英文摘要：

This paper applies the shift-share analysis,taking the Yangtze River Delta as its comparative area,based on the related data of Zhejiang industrial competitiveness from 2004-2014 and its tendency in various periods,to carry out an empirical study respectively about their development and competitive advantages of Zhejiang 32 industrial sectors with a model of 3 years as a period and 5 periods in all. Based on each industry features,their competitive advantages and disadvantages of the top ten industries in their output value are emphatically analyzed. The research results show that the overall competitiveness of Zhejiang industrial sector needs a further improvement compared with the Yangtze River Delta. Although some industrial sectors have some certain advantages,the stability of their advantage is not good enough and the leading industries＇ competitive advantage is not significant,either. Thus,some related suggestions or strategies are put forward in this paper.
