利用手机微信客户端调研了"211工程"高校图书馆通过微信开展信息服务的现状,从微信应用的服务内容、运营管理、交互设计等方面进行细致分析,发现当前高校图书馆微信服务中仍存在一些问题,并从加快微图官方认证、深化拓展服务项目、强化高校微图的宣传推广力度、增强运营管理等方面提出发展对策。
The paper investigates the WeChat service situation of Project 211 university libraries.Making a detailed analysis from the service contents, operation management and interaction design, it finds a few problems existing in the WeChat services. A series of targeted countermeasures are put forward from the following aspects: speeding up official certification of WeChat library, deepening extended service projects, strengthening publicity and operation management.
