The paper investigates the WeChat service situation of Project 211 university libraries.Making a detailed analysis from the service contents, operation management and interaction design, it finds a few problems existing in the WeChat services. A series of targeted countermeasures are put forward from the following aspects： speeding up official certification of WeChat library, deepening extended service projects, strengthening publicity and operation management.
