应用盆栽试验研究了栽培密度对胡芦巴(Trigonella foenum-graecumL.)形态特征和生物量分配的影响.结果表明,胡芦巴株高介于16~23 cm之间,分枝数2~3个,节数为11节左右,6~8节的节间距呈中间长两头短的趋势,复叶长较复叶宽短,顶生小叶长与宽除3株/盆处理外,其他处理下均成长∶宽为3∶2的特征;根冠比为0.55 ~0.61,茎叶比为0.64 ~0.73,干鲜比为0.13 ~0.19,光合产物茎叶根的于重分配比例为13∶ 18∶1至32∶42∶1,生物量测算结果表明,胡芦巴单位面积鲜产为8 306.2~8 324.8 kg/hm2,产干草505.9~512.7kg/hm2,侧根较发达,占总根系的50% ~ 62%.探明胡芦巴是一种侧根较发达,叶量丰富,适口性较强的牧草,适宜于水土保持和护坡的种植.建议栽培密度566~890株/m2,可适当密植.
Effect of cultivated density on the productive performance and the characteristic of partitioning of biomass were studied using the plot experiment. Four density treatments were set: 3 head/plot, 5 head/plot, 10 head/plot, and 15 head/plot. The results show the ratio of length to width of the cotyledon was 2.5: 1, the ratio of length to width of the first leave was 1 : 1, the compound leave width was higher than that of the length, the ratio of length to width of leavelet lived on the top of the compound leave was 3:2 except the first treatment. The study findings show the ration of roots system to the up-ground in common fenugreek was 0.55 - 0.61, the ratio of stem to leave was 0.64 - 0.76, the dried matter account for 13% - 19% of fresh matter, the partitioning ratio of stem, leave and root of product of photothysis ranged from 13 : 32:1 to 18: 42:1 ,the lateral root system took about 50% to 62% of the total root system when they were air-dried, the fresh biomass in unit area of common fenugreek varied with 8 306.2 kg/hm2 and 8 324.8 kg/hm2, accordingly , the dried matter ranged from 505.9 to 512.7 kg/hm2 , the appropriate cultivated density was 566 - 850 heads per unit area in the field conditions.
