超大断面硬岩巷道光面爆破技术研究

为满足地下水封石油洞库工程的特殊要求及解决爆破开挖存在的诸多问题,结合前期施工经验,在理论分析与工程类比的基础上设计了中深孔全断面一次光面爆破技术,采用3.7-3.9 m的中深炮孔,三级复式楔形掏槽,崩落孔分层爆破,周边孔光面爆破,毫秒延迟起爆。现场试验表明,炮孔利用率高达90%,破碎块度适中,周边眼半孔率约为80%,超挖量控制在15 cm以内,巷道成型良好,围岩损伤小,开挖质量很好地满足了施工要求,为超大断面硬岩巷道全断面爆破开挖找到了高效可行的光面爆破方案。复式楔形掏槽技术能够获得理想的掏槽效果,为后续爆破创造了自由面及岩石碎胀空间。同时,该光面爆破技术可为其他类似的硬岩大断面、超大断面地下工程提供借鉴与参考,促进大断面硬岩巷道掘进爆破工艺水平的发展与提升。

In order to meet the special requirements of underground water-sealed oil cavern project and solve the problems existing in blasting excavation,the medium-length hole one-shot smooth blasting technique with full-section is carefully designed based on theoretical analysis and engineering analogy,combined with previous construction experiences.The mediumlength hole with 3. 7 - 3. 9 m and the measures of three-stage duplex wedge-shaped cut,blasting stratified of caving holes,smooth blasting of peripheral holes and millisecond delay blasting are taken.The field test results show that the hole utilization ratio is as high as 90%,the rock fragmentation is well-distributed,the remained semi void rate of peripheral hole is about 80%,the overbreak is controlled within 15 cm,the roadway is well formed,and the surrounding rock is damaged slightly.The excavation quality meets the construction requirements very well,and it can provide high-efficient and feasible smooth blasting scheme for the full-section blasting excavation of the roadway in hard rock.The ideal cutting effect can be obtained by using the duplex wedge-shaped cutting technique to create the free surface for subsequent blasting and provide expansion space for rock breaking.Besides that,the smooth blasting technique can also provide some reference for the other similar underground engineering with large and super large section in hard rock,and promote development and promotion of excavating and blasting technology in large section hard rock tunnel.
