为了改善由激光加工得到的织构质量,构建了皮秒激光加工系统,研究了激光加工参数对织构轮廓的影响规律,实验表明所构建的皮秒激光加工系统可以加工出质量良好的凹坑织构。利用所构建的激光加工系统,在圆环试件端面加工出圆形凹坑织构,线接触滑动摩擦实验表明织构表面可以降低摩擦因数,延长摩擦寿命,能够避免严重磨损的发生。
In order to improve the surface quality of laser processing texture,apicosecond laser processing system is structured.The effects of laser processing parameters on the surface texture profile are investigated.Testing results show that the structured picose-cond laser system can process pretty good surface texture.Using the picosecond laser processing system,the end surface of the ring sample is textured with circular dimples.Sliding line-contact tests indicate that surface texture can decrease the friction coefficient,extend the friction life,and avoid severe wear occurrence.
