针对隧道初期衬砌结构,构建考虑综合安全系数的功能函数,将隧道初期喷射混凝土支护结构作为串联体系,采用区间估计的"宽界限法"对隧道衬砌结构的体系进行分析,在此基础上确定体系的失效模式.将极限位移条件下轴力和弯矩所对应的位移与施工监测中的位移进行对比;考虑材料性能参数、几何尺寸等的随机性影响,分析中采用蒙特卡罗有限元方法,结合典型工程实例对隧道结构体系的可靠指标进行计算.计算结果表明在工程实例中,隧道衬砌结构在某些局部截面的可靠指标较小,但整个支护体系可靠指标符合设计要求,整个隧道衬砌结构处于安全状态.
For an initial tunnel lining structure,a functional function was constructed,where the integrated safety coefficient was taken into cosideration.Taking tunnel initial shotcrete supporting structure as a series system and using method of wide limits for interval estimation,the system of tunnel lining structure was analyzed.On this basis,the system failure mode was determined.Under the condition of limited displacement,the corresponding displacement due to axial force and moment was compared to the construction monitoring displacement.Taking into account of the stochastic influence of material performance parameters,and geometric dimension and by using Monte Carlo finite element method,the reliability indexes were calculated for a typical engineering examples tunnel structural system.The calculation result showed that in the engineering practice,the reliability index of tunnel lining structure was less in some local sections,but the reliability index of overall supporting system was consistent with the design requirements and the entire tunnel lining structure was in a safe state.
