采用拟南芥野生型和水杨酸(SA)合成缺失突变体sid2,对二者在砷积累方面的作用进行比较研究.发现野生型地上部砷积累明显高于sid2,而且与砷暴露浓度呈线性关系;其体内SA/H2O2比值亦呈现严格的线型相关,说明水杨酸与H2O2相互作用,共同控制植物防卫反应,调控砷在体内的积累,水杨酸与H2O2在调节砷在植物体内积累方面发挥重要的调控作用.
Both salicylic acid (SA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2 response of plants. Arsenic accumulation in shoots of Arab ) play important roles in controlling the defense idopsis was investigated by wild type and sid2 (salicylic acid induction deficient). The results show that As accumulation in shoots was significantly higher in wide type than in sid2, and significant linear relationship between exposure concentration and accumulation of As were observed. SA/H2O2ratio was quite linear with As concentrations. This result indicat that salicylic acid and H2O2interplayed to control the stress defense reactions in plants, and both of them involved in the control of As accumulation in plants.
