DEAE离子交换层析法制备菌株TL2的分泌蛋白,获得蛋白BSPT-P1、蛋白BSPT-P2、蛋白BSPT—P3和蛋白BSPT-P4等4种成分。抗菌活性测定结果显示:蛋白BSPT-P2对茶轮斑病菌菌丝生长有显著的抑制效果,且能明显抑制其分生孢子的萌发,其他3种蛋白对病菌拮抗效果很弱或没有拮抗效果。稳定性测定结果表明:蛋白BSPT-P2对热稳定,耐紫外照射,在pH6.0~9.0之间稳定。
Four proteinic samples secreted by strain TL2 were obtained by Ion -exchange chromatography on DEAE - Sepharose column, which were marked as BSPT - P1, BSPT - P2, BSPT - P3, BSPT - P4 respeetly. Among these proteic samples, BSPT - P2 was proved to have strong inhibition to the growth of hyphal and the germination of conidiospore against Pestallozzia theae. BSPT-P2 was tested to have strong tolerant to heat and UV light, which could be steady with pH 6.0 to pH 9.0.
