起皱是板材拉深成形中的重要缺陷,产生的皱曲具有数量多、幅值变化大和形态多样的特点。如何评价零件起皱程度以及数学定义零件表面质量,由于皱曲难以精确测量和量化描述,目前尚没有统一的标准。基于非接触式激光测量、反求造型和数据处理等技术,以典型拉深件锥形件为模型,建立了零件截面皱曲的数字形貌波形图;并通过分析皱曲数字形貌的变化趋势和分布特点以及皱曲截面形状的特征点,建立了3种皱曲评价指标,既反映了零件上各点相对标准曲面距离变化程度的几何本质,又比较客观地量化描述了拉深零件的表面质量,研究结果表明提出的评价指标是比较准确适用的。
Wrinkling is an important disadvantage in sheet metal draw forming, characteristic Of large amount, wide range of the extent valve and diverse shape. Based on the non-contact laser scanning, reverse moulding and data processing as technical process, taking the conical part as model, the numerical wave of wrinkling shape is set. The three kinds of evaluation criterion are established according to analyzing the transformation trend, distribution and waveform characteristic oftbe sectional wrinkling. The evaluation criterions not only reflect the geometry essence of the distance deviation between wrinkling and standard surface, but also describe the surface quality of the drawing parts. The research results indicate the evaluation criterions are accurate and appropriate.
