植物抗病基因(R基因)在植物的病害防御过程中起着重要的作用,近年来,随着植物功能基因组学的发展,运用分子生物学的相关技术手段已经从植物中克隆得到大量的抗病基因,这些基因的克隆、鉴定、结构和功能分析对于深入研究植物和病原物之间的互作机制十分有意义。分别从克隆方法、种类结构、作用机制及进化等方面总结了抗病基因的研究现状,并探讨其未来的发展前景。
Plant resistance genes (R-gene) play an important role in defensing desease. As the developing of plant functional genomics, a lot of plant resistance genes have been cloned from different plant via various means of molecular biology. The cloning, identification, structure and function analysis of these R-genes will contribute to explore the interaction mechanism between plants and pathogens deeply. This review focused on the cloning methods, structure characteristic, function mechanism and evolution of resistance gene, and further discussed its future development prospects.
