为明确微生物复合种衣剂在玉米生产中的作用,通过室内发芽、温室盆栽和大田试验,研究其对玉米种子发芽、苗期生长、幼苗代谢及经济产量的影响。结果表明:2%戊唑醇添加硅酸盐细菌G2(G2包衣)、添加解淀粉芽孢杆菌Y2(Y2包衣)和添加G2+Y2(G2+Y2包衣)微生物复合种衣剂处理的种子发芽势比2%戊唑醇悬浮种衣剂处理的种子(化学包衣种)分别增加9.25%、19.43%和25.49%,比裸种分别增加8.22%、18.30%和24.30%;活力指数比化学包衣种分别增加11.51%、16.02%、26.15%,比裸种分别增加25.49%、30.57%及41.97%;3种处理下,幼苗地上干重比化学包衣种分别增加31.67%、40.58%和49.38%,比裸种分别增加41.67%、49.28%和56.79%;单产比化学包衣种分别增加2.09%、7.32%和10.83%;比裸种处理分别增加5.22%、10.21%和13.61%。微生物复合种衣剂处理的玉米根系活力、淀粉酶和过氧化物酶活性、可溶性糖和吲哚乙酸含量均显著地高于化学种衣剂处理种苗和裸种苗。
The effect of microbial complex seed-coating agent (MCSA) on germination rate, seedling growth, metabolites and economical yield was studied through indoor germination test, greenhouse pot and field cultures to understand the MCSA's role to play in maize production. The results showed that with the ratio 1:80 of seed-coating agent to maize seed, germination forces of the seed coated with the MCSAs, G2, Y2, G2+Y2 plus 2% tebuconazole SC(TSC) were 9.25%, 19.43% and 25.49% higher than those of one coated with TSC only and 8.22%, 18.30% and 24.30% higher than that of naked seeds. Their active index were 11.51%, 16.02% and 26.15% higher than TSC only and 25.49%, 30.57% and 41.97% higher than naked seeds; their seedling dry weights of above ground were 31.67%, 40.58% and 49.38% higher than TSC only and 41.67%, 49.28% and 56.79% higher than naked seeds; their maize yields were 2.09%, 7.32% and 10.83% higher than TSC only and 5.22%, 10.21% and 13.61% higher than naked seeds. The MCSAs increased the root activity, amylase and peroxidase activities and contents of soluble sugar and indole acetic acid significantly than TSC and naked seed treatments.
