高性能灌浆料置换加固混凝土柱轴心受压性能分析

对采用高性能灌浆料置换加固的混凝土框架柱的轴压受力性能进行了全过程分析,讨论了灌浆料强度和峰值应变、约束指标λt、置换层厚度等参数对灌浆料强度发挥程度和柱承载力的影响。结果表明:若保持峰值应变不变,提高灌浆料的强度,对高性能灌浆料强度发挥程度的影响并不显著,但可以在一定程度上提高柱的承载能力;若保持灌浆料的强度不变,减小灌浆料的峰值应变,则可以明显提高高性能灌浆料强度发挥程度,但对柱的承载能力的影响效果并不明显。灌浆料的置换厚度越大,高性能灌浆料强度发挥程度越低,柱的承载能力反而越高。随着约束指标λt的增加,高性能灌浆料强度发挥程度不断提高,柱的承载能力也不断提高。

英文摘要:

A full process analysis on axial compression property of reinforced concrete column strengthened by replacing section with high performance CGM( cementitious grouting material) was conducted in this paper. Effect degree of strength and peak strain of CGM,constraint index λt,displacement layer thickness and other parameters was discussed. The results showed that the different varieties of grouting material,if maintaining the peak strain and increasing the strength of grouting material,the impact of high performance CGM intensity was not significant,but it can improve the bearing capacity of the column in certain degree. If the strength of grouting material was kept constant and the peak strain of grouting material can be reduced,it can obviously improve the performance of high performance CGM intensity,but the effect of the bearing capacity of the column was not obviously. The replacement thickness of CGM was greater with lower the strength of high performance CGM and the higher the bearing capacity of the column instead. With the increase of the constraint index λt,the strength of the high performance CGM was increasing,and the bearing capacity of the column was also increasing.
