对采用高性能灌浆料置换加固的混凝土框架柱的轴压受力性能进行了全过程分析,讨论了加固前混凝土初始应力对置换截面(组合截面)高性能灌浆料强度发挥程度的影响。结果表明,对于加固时不能卸载的柱,高性能灌浆料与混凝土之间存在应变滞后现象,混凝土与高性能灌浆料不能同时达到其抗压强度。加固前,柱的初始应力越高,高性能灌浆料的强度发挥程度越低。混凝土初始应力在(0.2~0.6)fc时,高性能灌浆料的强度发挥程度为(69~87)%。在此基础上,提出了高性能灌浆料置换加固柱折算混凝土强度和轴心受压承载力的计算方法。
A full process analysis on axial compression property of reinforced concrete column strengthened by replacing section with high performance CGM (cementitious grouting material) is conducted in this paper. Effect degree of initial stress on high performance CGM is discussed. The results show that strain hysteresis occurs in high performance CGM if the column is unloaded before strengthening, concrete and high performance CGM can not simultaneously reach the compressive strength. The larger initial stress of concrete before strengthening, the lower effect degree of high performance CGM. When initial stress of concrete is (0.2 ~ 0.6)fc, effect degree of high performance CGM is (69 - 87 ) %. On the basis of this, the calculating method on equivalent strength of concrete and bearing capacity of the strengthened column are presented.
