Rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion in situ is the most frequently used animal model for studing coronary artery disease,ischemic preconditioning and selecting antiarrhythmic drugs. In this paper,we reported some methods to improve tech-niques for making myocardial reperfusion injury rat model.
