以盆栽柠条(Caragana korshinskii Kom.)作为试验材料,研究植物生长延缓剂对柠条根系形态结构的影响。结果表明,土壤环施植物生长延缓剂对4种土壤中柠条的株高和地上生物量都有一定抑制作用,而对地径和根系的长度、表面积和体积均有不同程度的促进作用。其中,不同用量的植物生长延缓剂对同一土壤中柠条根系形态结构均表现为:10ml/盆延缓剂处理的效果最好,50ml/盆处理的次之,5ml/盆的效果最差,但是也明显高于对照。经延缓剂处理后的柠条,根系明显发达,这样的根系结构有利于提高植株的抗倒伏性,增加根系吸收水分、养分的能力,从而提高造林的成活率。为植物生长延缓剂在林木上的应用提供理论基础,为防风固沙提供了保障。
Effect of plant growth retardants on roots morphology and structure of Caragana korshinskii Kom was studied using pot cultivation in this paper.The result showed that: the plant growth retardants had some inhibitory effect on increase of plant height and aboveground biomass of Caragana korshinskii Kom planted in four kinds of soils,but could help to increase ground diameter and length,superficial area and volume of root.Among them,influence of different dosage of plant growth retardants on roots morphology and structure of Caragana korshinskii Kom for the same soil showed that : treatment effect of 10ml/basin was the best,50ml/basin took the second place and 5ml/basin was the worst while effects of all of these treatments were better than the control.Root of Caragana korshinskii Kom treated by plant growth retardants was developed,which was helpful to increase lodging resistance of plants and enhance the ability of water and nutrient absorption,thus to raise survival rate of forestation.The study in this paper provides the theory for the usage of plant growth retardants and security for windbreak and sand fixation.
