摘要:为了检验中文版精神型领导问卷在企业员工中的应用和其心理测量指标.采用翻译一回译的方法得到精神型领导问卷的中文版,通过选取不同行业的企业员工153名,采用Mplus统计软件对中文版问卷的结构进行探索性因素分析。再选取153名不同行业的企业员工采用Mplus统计软件验证精神型领导问卷的结构效度和组合信度。探索性因素分析发现,中文版精神型领导问卷呈现三维结构模型,分别为:愿景、希望/信念和利他之爱,验证性因素分析结果表明该模型的各项拟合指标良好,三个维度的组合信度系数分别为:0.922、0.925和0.747。表明中文版精神型领导问卷具有较好的信效度。
To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Spiritual Leadership Scale in China, the original English version of the Spiritual Leadership Scale was translated the Chinese version. Construct validity was tested with the Chinese version of Spiritual Leadership Scale using a sample of 153 employees from different industries. Composite reliability and construct validity were tested by Mplus using a sample of 153 participants from different industries. Exploratory factor analysis revealed a three-dimen- sional structural model, and confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fit indexes of the model was good, and all subscales' composite reliability of Spiritual Leadership were 0.922, 0.925 and 0.747. It suggested that the Chinese version of the Spiritual Leadership Scale had acceptable psychometric quality.
