静电纺丝是一种简单而常用的制备纳米线的方法。为了得到具有均匀颗粒以及附着性良好的薄膜从而应用于染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极.采用在电纺丝前驱体溶液中加入乙醇胺的方法,成功制备了与衬底附着良好的TiO2纳米晶薄膜.并制备了不同厚度的TiO2纳米晶薄膜.详细探讨了TiO2膜的厚度对电池各个重要参数的影响。
Electrospinning technique is a simple method to prepare nanowire. In order to prepare films with u niform nanoparticles and good adhesion to the substrate for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC), monoethanolamine is add ed into the electrispun solution in this work. In addition nanoparticle TiO2 films with different thicknesses are prepared. The effect of the thichness of TiO2 films on the important paramernters of DSSC is studied in detail.
