器官打印是和生物医学有关的快速成型技术,它主要建立在组织的流体力学的基础上,通过计算机辅助逐层堆积(打印)天然材料(细胞和细胞基质)直到三维器官形成。讨论了细胞打印的生物学基础,并从器官三维建模、用于细胞打印的打印机的开发、连续堆积细胞和生物材料直到构成三维器官的方法这3个方面探讨了细胞打印的可行性。
Organ printing is a biomedically relevant of rapid prototyping technology, which is based on tissue fluidity. Computer-assisted deposition (printing) of natural materials (cells or matrix) is done one layer at a time until a particular 3D organ is achieved. This study discussed the biology basic of cell sprinting, estimated the feasibility of cells printing from three aspects which are organ 3D modeling, developing of a printer which can print cells and methods of successive deposition cells and biomaterials to achieve 3D organ.
