As an extensive carrier of information, Internet has become an extremely important part of our life. This paper proposed an active information acquisition model focusing on acquisition, processing and implementation technique of earthquake disaster information based on news published in Internet. In addition, key technologies referring to the internet search, document abstract, spatial processing of text information, and so on, were discussed. The study provides a new method for fast acquiring information of earthquake disaster situation, and a new thought about information fast acquisition and processing for other relative industries.
