移动AdHoc网络是一种路由多跳且无固定设备的无线网络,每个移动节点都拥有路由发现和维护功能。由于结点的任意移动导致网络拓扑频繁改变并影响其传输质量,大部分现有的路由协议都不能及时维护路由。提出了一种基于AODV,通过监听RREP的PR—AODV协议。当主路由不可用时,PR—AODV协议立即建立更稳定的备用路由。经过仿真,在高移动性的网络环境中,PR—AODV与AODV相比,在报文投递率、控制包开销方面的性能相似,但PR—AODV有更低的时延。
The mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a kind of multi-hop wireless network without a fixed infrastructure. Each mobile node in the network functions as router that discovers and maintains routes for other nodes. However, frequent topology change caused by nodes mobility arbitrarily makes the performance of transmission worse. Most of existing routing protocols are not able to react fast enough to maintain routing. Hence, this paper proposes a new scheme--Pro backup Repairing AODV (PR AODV )--to improve existing AODV protocols using information provided by nodes overhearing RREP. When main route down, PR-AODV protocol will replace the failed links with steadier backup route immediately. Simulation results show the better performance in communication delay than the major ad hoc routing protocols while similar in control overhead and packets delivery ratio under high mobility traffic conditions.
