目的:研究干扰素刺激基因( STING)在人牙髓组织和细胞中的表达。方法:分别采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应( RT-PCR)检测STING在体外培养的人牙髓细胞中的表达,免疫细胞化学和免疫组化技术检测STING在人牙髓组织的表达和定位。结果:STING mRNA在人牙髓细胞中有显著表达;而在牙髓组织中,STING主要表达于牙髓组织表面的成牙本质细胞的胞浆中。结论:在人牙髓组织中,STING在基因和蛋白水平均呈高表达,且主要定位于成牙本质细胞的胞浆中;提示STING调节通路可能对宿主的天然免疫反应发挥调节作用。
AIM:To observe the expression of stimulator of interferon gene ( STING) in human dental pulp tissues and pulp cells .METHODS:The mRNA expression of STING in cultured human dental pulp cells was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR);and the STING protein expression in human dental pulp tissues was detected immunocytochemistry .RESULTS:The STING mRNA of was expressed in dental pulp cells .In dental pulp tissues , STING protein was expressed in the cytoplasm of odontoblasts .CONCLUSION: STING signal pathway may play a role in the innate immune responses of the dental pulp .
