为解决工业整流机组谐波污染严重、功率因数低、损耗高等问题,介绍一种基于感应滤波技术的新型12脉波工业整流机组。相比6脉波感应滤波整流机组,新型12脉波整流机组的结构与关键参数设计较复杂,但其具有集成化高、体积小、造价低等优点。在介绍感应滤波运行原理的基础上,阐述新型12脉波工业整流机组的关键设计,重点推理新型12脉波工业整流机组在谐波抑制、无功补偿等方面的运行特性,概述新型工业整流机组的综合节能特性。最后对新型工业整流机组工程实例进行测试,测试表明,新型工业整流机组具有良好的谐波抑制、无功补偿及节能效果。
To solve the problems of serious harmonic pollution,low power factor and large losses in the industrial rectifier system,a novel 12-pulse industrial rectifier unit based on inductive filtering technology is introduced.Compared with 6-pulse rectifier unit,the structure and key parameters design of the new 12-pulse rectifier unit are more complex,but it has advantages of high integration,small size and low cost.On the basis of the principle of the inductive filtering,the key issues of designing the new 12-pulse industrial rectifier unit are explained,and the operating characteristics of the new 12-pulse industrial rectifier unit are described including harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation.The energy-saving characteristics of the new industrial rectifier unit are outlined.The testing results show its superiority in harmonic suppression,reactive power compensation and energy saving.
