针对带锯条分齿检测存在的效率低、自动化程度低、进口设备成本高等问题,开发了一种新型的基于激光位移传感器的带锯条分齿在线检测系统。研究了该检测系统的检测原理以及单边安装双传感器消除带锯条抖动影响的方法,设计了该检测系统的机械结构,分析了数据采集模块、运动控制模块及其他硬件的组成,给出了系统软件的主要设计思路以及软件的主要功能,最后在分齿机上对该检测系统进行了安装调试,并通过实验对比分析了分齿量系统检测值与手动检测值。研究结果表明,该检测系统满足了带锯条分齿在线检测的精度要求,检测效率提高2倍,每台检测设备可替代人工一人。
Aiming at overcome the disadvantages of low degree of efficiency and automation and the high cost of imported equipment in detection of setting of band- saw blade,a new on- line detection system is developed based on laser displacement sensors. The detection principle and method are studied to eliminate the impact of vibration on result of band- saw blade by installing two sensors at each side. Both hardware and software of the system are designed,in which the hardware contained mechanical structure,data acquisition module,motion- control module. The practical application of the system is done and the experiment is carried out by contrasting the system and artificial detections. The results indicate that the proposed system could obtain preferable accuracy. The detection efficiency of the system is improved by two times,which could replace one worker.
