调度方法是提高车间生产效率的关键。针对实际车间调度问题,提出一种基于多代理系统((Multi—Agent—System,MAS)的生产调度模型,综合运用了遗传算法,蜂群算法,合同网机制,实现了MAS灵活性与上述算法对调度优化的结合。分析了干扰车间调度的因素以及调度优化的目标,实现车间的智能化以及车间调度的自动化。
The scheduling model plays a key role in the enhancement of the workshop's working efficiency. To solve the workshop scheduling problems, a scheduling model based on MAS (Multi--Agent--System) is proposed in the paper to realize the goal of workshop's intellectualization and automatic workshop scheduling. With multiple application of genetic algorithm (GA), wasp algorithm (WA) and contract--net mechanism, the scheduling model is able to combine the flexibility of MAS and optimization through algorithms mentioned above. At the same time, the scheduling optimization objectives and the factors disturbing workshop scheduling are analyzed in the paper.
