China＇s real estate market has turned into transition periods. It is very important to understand the development of China＇ s real estate market in the periods. In this paper, we have made an analysis on the fluctuation characteristics of China＇s real estate market. On that basis, taking into account the causation of fluctuation, we put forward some advice on the trend of policy.
