研究了一种带多种滑块抽芯三板式注塑模具及其特殊抽芯机构,针对产品形状比较特殊的情况及现有模具存在的技术问题,对模具结构进行了改进,浇注系统采用点浇口转侧浇口浇注方式,有效提高了模具模架的结构空间利用率;采用楔紧块+T 型槽动定模分别抽芯的结合方式,有效降低了模具制造成本,提高了模具抽芯机构的工作可靠性;针对球孔抽芯位及内藏孔侧抽芯位的抽芯要求,采用多重带T 型槽滑块联动抽芯方式,有效解决了产品复杂部位的高难度抽芯问题.结构设计简单合理,工作稳定、安全可靠.
A three-plate injection mold with a variety of slider mechanism was introduced. According to technology problems of the current mold and the product′s special shape,the mold structure was improved. The gating system was modified by point gate to side gate,so the utilization rate of the space structure of the mold was effectively improved. The sequential core pulling way of dynamic and fixed die was adopted with wedge block and T groove,thus the cost was effectively reduced and the reliability of the mold slider mechanism was improved. Especially,based on the core ball hole and core side inner hole draft requirements,the multiple T type groove slider core pulling method was used,which effectively solved the core pulling difficulty of complex parts of the die. The design is simple and it's structure is reasonable,stable,safe and reliable.
