以锌金属片作为源物,卤族元素的碱金属盐溶液作为添加剂,采用水热法合成了氧化锌(ZnO)的管簇状、片簇状、棱柱状和多足状等微纳米结构。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD)表征了其形貌及晶体结构。详细研究了不同卤族元素离子对氧化锌形貌的影响,并研究了其生长机理。利用荧光光谱仪测试了不同形貌ZnO微纳米结构的光致发光性质。研究表明,通过不同卤族元素的引入及反应溶液体积的调节可以实现对ZnO微纳米结构形貌的调控,且所用工艺过程简单,产品性能较好。
The tube-like,wire-like,rod-like,with different cross-sections,porous microsphere-like and multipod-like ZnO micro/nanocrystallines were controllablly fabricated by a simple hydrothermal process,using Zn foil and the alkali metal halide as Zn source and additive agents respectively.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to characterize the morphologies and crystal structures of the synthesized ZnO micro/nanostructures.The effects of different halide ion and reaction solution volume on the ZnO morphologies were studied in detail and the growth mechanisms were suggested.The photoluminescence properties of the ZnO nanostructures prepared at different reaction conditions were also measured.The results indicated that the halide ion and synthesis pressure plaied an important role in controlling the morphologies of ZnO micro/nanostructures.Furthermore,the fabrication method was a simple technique process and could yield products with good quality.
