在聚乙二醇(PEG)存在的条件下,通过一步水热法合成了晶相单一的六方片状镁铝水滑石层状双氢氧化物(LDH).采用 XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR、N2吸附、UV-Vis 紫外-分光光度计和 zeta 电位仪等对产物进行了表征.考察了 PEG 活性剂对水滑石形貌及性能的影响.结果表明,添加活性剂改性后制备的六边形水滑石纳米片形貌规整均一,宽约几微米,厚度约为100~200 nm,纳米片间易形成交叉支撑结构,分散性好,比表面积为203.5 m2/g.在室温,焙烧后的MgAl-LDO 对浓度为100 mg/L 的刚果红30 min 内去除率可达97%,饱和吸附量为243.5 mg/g.
The hexagonal plate-like Mg-Al hydrotalcite was hydrothermally synthesized in the presence of poly-ethylene glycol (PEG).The synthesized materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning e-lectron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),infra-red spectroscopy (FT-IR),nitro-gen adsorption-desorption,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and zeta potential analyzer etc.technique.The influences of PEG on crystal morphology,adsorption performance of the samples were investigated.The results indicate that the modified hydrotalcite has a homogeneous and well regular hexagonal plate-like morphology with several micrometers in size and 100-200 nm in thickness,the hierarchical crossing structure of nanoplates are easy to form in the presence of PEG.The nanoplates have better dispersibility and its specific surface area are 203.5 m2/g.The removal rate of congo red could reach to 97% within 30 min,and equilibrium capacity was about 243.5 mg/g at room temperature.
