This paper presents that bibliography cloud and literature information cloud are the most important clouds of the cloud library, and analyzes its each framework on basis of the analysis on achievements and problems of construction of the digital library in Jiangsu Universities. It also presents the construction way on the cloud library of university, and analyses the role and influence on the cloud library.
