通过一个重组自交系及已构建好的遗传图谱,研究稻米氨基酸含量的QTL定位。结果表明,通过Winqtlcart软件发现多个控制不同氨基酸合成的区段,其中位于第一染色体的RM259~RM580片段影响了多种氨基酸的含量。通过氨基酸含量相关QTL定位的研究,为将来的分子标记辅助选择改良稻米营养品质打下了基础。
The quantitative trait loci(QTL) analysis for amino acid content in Oryza sativa L.was carried out according to the recombinant inbred line(RIL) and its genetic map.The results showed that several sections for controling different amino acids' sythesis were found by software of Winqtlcart.The QTL in the interval of RM259~RM580 on chromosome 1 influenced some contents of amino acids.As a result,researching on QTL of amino acid content provided a pathway to improve nutrition trait of rice by marker-assisted selection(MAS).
