人体血糖浓度无创伤测量是当今学术界和医学界普遍关注的课题。在分析了血糖浓度无创伤测量的意义、现有的测量方法及其进展后,从组织光学角度分析血糖浓度无创伤测量中包含的研究内容,并根据当前的研究现状,提出血糖浓度无创伤测量所存在的问题。通过组织光学角度对血糖浓度无创伤测量方法的剖析,更加明确血糖测量的研究任务,有望促使其更进一步的发展以及血液中其他成分的无创测量。
Noninvasive measurement of blood glucose has become a worldwide focused issue. After summarizing the importance, current methodology, and progress about noninvasive measurement of blood glucose, the course of glucose effecting light propagation is analyzed in viewpoint of tissue optics. According to the current situation in this field some key problems relating to noninvasive glucose sensing are raised up. The summarization and analysis proposed in this presentation is expected to help advance the progress of both methodology and technology in noninvasive sensing of glucose and other blood contents as well.
