维纳滤波和小波阈值滤波是振动信号去噪的常用算法.前者在阶次较低时对非平稳振动信号的处理不能取得较好的效果,而后者对信号的滤波无法满足后期处理的要求.针对此问题,论文将维纳滤波和小波阈值滤波相结合,提出小波域维纳滤波算法.将维纳滤波运用于小波域,充分利用小波变换对非平稳振动信号的白化作用,实现更好的滤波效果.结合工业现场实测汽轮机振动信号,对算法进行分析与仿真.实验结果表明,该算法不仅保持了信号的线性相位特性,同时取得了较好的噪声去除效果,适用于振动信号的去噪处理,优于维纳滤波和小波阈值滤波.
Wiener filtering and wavelet threshold filtering are the common algorithms in noise removal for vibration signal. For non-stationary vibration signal, the former can't achieve the good effect in the low order. The latter is unable to meet the requirements of post-processing. For these problems, combining the Wiener filtering with wavelet threshold filtering, we proposed the Wiener filtering algorithm in wavelet domain. Taking advantage of whiting effect of wavelet transform for the non-stationary vibration signal, Wiener filtering in wavelet domain can achieve the better filtering effect. Combining with industrial field measurement turbine vibration signal, the paper made the analysis and the simulation. The result of simulation shows that the algorithm can not only keep the linear phase character, but also has a good noise removal effect, which is suitable for removing noise of vibration signal and better than just Wiener filtering or just Wavelet threshold denoising.
