以黄陵煤为原料进行浮选研究,捕收剂分别为煤油、柴油、地沟油和乳化地沟油,在相同的浮选条件下加入不同的捕收剂,通过改变其用量对精煤产率、精煤灰分和尾煤产率进行研究。结果表明,加入OP乳化剂后油水比例为6∶4时乳化地沟油浮选效果最好,精煤产率为88.67%,精煤灰分从9.16%降到8.63%,尾煤产率为11.32%。
Huangling coal as raw material of flotation has been studied in this paper. Coal oil, diesel, waste oil and emulsified waste oil have been chosen as collectors for the study. Under the same flotation conditions, the research involved changing the amount of different collectors and comparing the clean coal yield, clean coal ash and tailings yield. The results show that the best flotation effects occurred after adding an OP emulsifier together with water and oil propor- tions in the ratio of 6..4. The yield of clean coal was 88.67%, the ash of clean coal was reduced from 9.16% to 8.63% and the subsequent yield of tailings was 11.32% .
