动漫产业作为一种具有高附加值的典型创意产业形式，对世界经济的贡献日益显著。相对国外动漫产业的蓬勃发展我国却是一片惨淡经营。长沙动漫产业在国内背景下相对形成了一定竞争优势，研究长沙动漫产业竞争优势如何形成对我国其他地区而言具有极重要的借鉴意义。从长沙动漫产业发展沿革入手，以组织进化密度依赖理论为基础研究长沙动漫产业发展阶段定位和趋势，通过实践调研分析其存在的问题，最后给出长沙动漫产业未来发展的合理路径建议，以期为国内其他城市的动漫产业发展提供有益借鉴。

As a typical kind of creative industries, high value - added animation industry contributes more and more to the world e- conomy. Comparing vigorous development in abroad, Chinese animation industry develops dismally. But animation in- dustry in Changsha forms a certain competitive advantage. So the study on the development history, pesitioning and problems of Changsha＇ s animation industry has a very important reference for other regions in our country. This paper starts from Changsha animation industry development history, and then uses organizational evolution density - dependent theory to study the Changsha animation industry development stage and trends. Then we try to find its current problems and suppose reasonable development path of Changsha＇ s animation industry in future in order to provide some useful references for other cities.
