本文从中国各省市地区的文化创意产业集聚区建设情况与其所在区域的文化产业优势入手，在初步分析两者相关性基础上，进一步采集省级和地市级层面数据对两者的影响关系进行了实证检验。研究发现，文化创意产业集聚区的建设对区域文化产业优势形成没有直接显著影响，而地区文化性因素、经济实力因素、城市开放程度和技术性因素对区域文化产业优势形成的影响不一。

英文摘要：

The paper studies the relationship between the input and output of regional cultural and creative industries clusters. And then it does some empirical analysis by using data from provincial level and municipal level. This research finds that the input of cultural and creative industries clusters actually don＇t have a significantly influence on the shape of regional cultural industry advantages. In addition, some other factors such as the region cultural factor, economic strength factor, urban openness and technical factors have somehow in- fluence on the formation of regional cultural industry advantage.
