该文简单介绍了浙江工业大学阮健教授团队设计发明的-种新型结构的液压泵,名为二维(2D)单体轴向活塞泵,简述了 2D泵 的结构和原理,并设计了该泵上的端面凸轮机构.利用平面移动凸轮转化为圆柱端面凸轮的方法,设计了在等加等减速运动规律下 的圆锥滚子圆柱端面凸轮,给出了其空间实际廓线方程.分析了利用上述方法设计圆柱端面凸轮实际廓线时产生的误差,给出了- 种数学计算的误差补偿方法,运用MATLAB软件计算出误差补偿值.误差补偿后,减小了滚子与凸轮之间的间隙,提高了滚子在凸轮 上的运动精度,提高了 2D泵性能.
This paper simply introduces a new type of structure hydraulic pump, called two-dimensional ( 2D) single axial piston pump. This paper sketches the structure and principle of the 2D pump, and designed the cylindrical end cam mechanism of the pump. By using the meth-od of transferring the translating cam to the cylindrical cam to design a cylindrical end cam with conical rollers which is in a constant accel-eration and deceleration motion curve, the contour equation is given. Analyzed the causes of the error when designing the cylindrical end cam with the above-mentioned method, and proposed an error compensation method of mathematical calculation. Calculated the error value by MATLAB software. After the error compensation, the gap between the rollers and the cam is eliminated, improving the accuracy when the rollers rolling on the cam.
