针对传统的力矩马达结构复杂,散热性能差等缺点,在2D阀基础上,提出了一种新型的湿式力矩马达,设计了机械结构,阐述其工作原理,并对力矩马达进行电磁仿真,确定合理的磁路通道。对关键零件弹簧杆的力变形进行分析,确定弹簧杆参数。最后搭建专用的实验装置对力矩马达的性能进行实验研究。实验结果表明:在极靴距离衔铁表面0.5mm,单个线圈通入0.5安培的电流时,阀芯产生正负0.9°的角位移,力矩马达具有良好的静动态特性。
In view of the disadvantages of the traditional torque motor structure such as complex in structure, poor heat transfer,and so on, a new type of wet torque motor was proposed on the basis of 2D valve.For the new type of wet torque motor, not only designed the mechanical structure, but also expounded its working principle. Electromagnetic simulation was done to ensure the reasonable magnetic circuit. The parameters of the spring rod are obtained by Analysis of force deformation of spring bar. Finally the special experimental platform was set In order to obtain the performance of the torque motor.Experimental results showed that the spool produce an angular displacement of plus or minus 0.9 degrees and torque motor has good dynamic and static characteristics when the pole piece have a distance of 0.5mm from the armature and a single coil fed 0.5 amps of current.
