针对我国玩具出口企业、相关监管部门及检测机构迫切需要塑料玩具中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯的检测方法,采用索氏提取法以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂提取塑料玩具中的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）,固相萃取方法（SPE）净化样品,用GC-MSD法测定塑料玩具中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）的含量,外标法定量,采用选择离子监测（SIM）进行阳性确证。当添加邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）浓度为100mg.kg-1时,实际样品加标回收率在91.3%～96.6%之间,相对标准偏差仅为3.2%。实验结果表明该方法的各项指标均满足相关要求。

英文摘要：

The method of determine diisobutyl phthalate in plastic toys was presented in this paper,which was urgently needed for toys export enterprises,regulators and test institutions.The diisobutyl phthalate in plastic toys was extracted by soxhlet extraction with methylene chloride as the solvent.And the analyte was purified with solid phase extraction（SPE）.Then gas chromatography-mass selection detector was used to determine and confirm the content of diisobutyl phthalate in plastic toys.While the level of 100 mg·kg-1 diisobutyl phthalate was fortified,the method provided recoveries from 91.3% to 96.6% and relative standard deviations was 3.2%.The experimental results show that the method meets related technical requirements.
